Error code 66A while trying to install update KB2446708

Net 4 update problems
I am trying to install the .net 4 update (KB2446708) for Vista, it gives me error code 66A. I have tried to Repair the .net Framework Client Profile and it comes back with Not Suceeded because of a GenericTrust Failure.I have tried to reset the Windows Update Components using the fix it tool. What shall I try next??
